I am a member of the LIFE, Inc. PAS workgroup and a voting member of the PAS Statewide Panel. I am also a member of the Board of Directors fo LIFE, Inc. and the FAIRVIEW Housing Committee. I was born before television, penicillin, polio shots, frozen foods, contact lenses, Frisbees, the Pill, credit cards, laser beams, ball point pens, pantyhose, dishwashers, disposable diapers, pizzas and McDonal's - also before man walked on the moon. You see, I ahave been around a while. I am very excited to be a member of the Statewide Panel and make a difference in improving the PAS workforce.
I am a PAS worker at LIFE, Inc. in Pocatello. I am very excited to be part of the PAS Workgroup and a member of the Statewide Panel. I am hoping that my experience as a PAS worker with disabilities will enable discussions, ideas, and possibly policy changes at the Legislature level.
I am an active participant with CW HOG (Cooperative Wilderness Handicapped Outdoor Group). I went to ISU and graduated in 2003 with two Associate degrees. I like assisting people with everything that I possibly can. My goal for the workgroup is to get ideas on how to get people interested in the PAS field at this level and then taking it to a higher level and seeing what can be done to get it there.
